This year's program of 3 3-day workshops is designed as a progressive experience and participants are encouraged strongly to engage in all three workshops.

In this ambitious experiment, participants are invited to join a cruise through the philosophy, theories and techniqes of this holistic and pragmatic approach to enhancing human development - from deep inner functioning and individual development, via family and embedding groups, through cultural interactions to the evolution of the cosmos.
Dr JL Moreno’s role theory of personality provides a holistic and systemic framework for assessing human functioning in their social milieu.
This workshop will focus on the use of role theory as the basis of viewing a person’s whole personality whilst working with them using action methods. Dr Moreno suggested the self is revealed in the enactment of roles.
This workshop will focus on the development of the ability of a person to be a group leader.
We will have experiences from which we will consider how groups work.
The development of the group over its lifetime will be considered from different theories of group functioning including psychodrama.
