
PSYCHODRAMA TRAINING WEEKEND WORKSHOP - 7 - Perth
Group Work – a key to psychodrama and healing
1. Focus on Group work leadership – “the group is part of the healing” – and models of group work.
2. Understand the development of group-warm-up and the quality of group interaction,
3. Identifying group themes and the relationship with the choice of protagonist.
Development or not of intergroup connections, moments of shifts in group sociometry, and group dynamics. Individual responses – links with own learning edge in group work or directing.
Includes Directing practice sessions, processing, writing, and reflection sessions, as well as group work leadership.
NOTE Venues and Times: Sat 18th 9:30-5:00pm at Royal Park Hall; Sun 19th 9:30-4:00pm at North Perth Lesser Hall
Sunday afternoon will be a brief mock Assessment, with the groupwork, choice of protagonist, action drama, sharing, then development of a verbal report. This will provide insight into the Practical Assessment phase of the Certification Process that takes place after acceptance of a thesis.
