Introduction to psychodrama (3 hours)
Psychodrama involves the principles of group work process. This cultivates the ability of participants in the group to become fully engaged with each other through story-telling and drama. The value of putting things into action - rather than talking about and theorising - creates a range of new experiences. New and novel learning opportunities assist us in dealing with conflict and other situations we encounter in personal life, at work and recreation.
Learning to practice through action and production techniques, is a unique and enlivening way of being and working with others. The sole aim of psychodrama is to assist people to develop the quality of their relationships with others and therefore gain more satisfaction in life.
