Sociodrama Training
This workshop is for leaders and other change agents who wish to refine their abilities to work creatively in action within their organisation, community, or system of choice in which they work and live. This work will suit community and organisational leaders or professionals who work with them, HR practitioners, team or organisational developers, community group leaders and members, managers who are keen to understand the complexities of their workplace.
Your ability to design and create interventions into the culture and dynamics of organisations or any social system depends a lot on what you pay attention to and what you make of what happens in front of you. Sociodrama is a method through which you will become more aware of the underlying dynamics and the different social forces at work in those situations, and better understand the parts you play and your points of influence in the system being investigated. The sociodramatic method is designed to bring many of these dynamics and forces in a visible physical form that makes them possible to deal with. Sociodrama may be used as an effective method to improve individual, team, group or community capabilities to think, collaborate, and imagine together. The workshop will stimulate participants' capacity to think, collaborate, and imagine with one another.
