Psychodrama Training Workshop: Living and working in complex systems
Psychodrama Training Workshop
Living and working in complex systems
To see from a systems approach is to see psychodramatically, to put oneself within the context, perceiving the parts, the relationships, the models, without losing sight of the whole….
Figueiredo, M 1996
Psychodrama is inherently relational and systemic. We are all at the centre of a dynamic, interconnected set of 3, structures and systems which shape us and which we can shape.
In this workshop, we will use psychodramatic method and theory to explore how the concepts of Joseph Moreno can be applied within the various systems we live and work in. Experiencing ourselves and the forces working on us sheds new light, 0 new possibilities and increases our spontaneity and capacity to act. How we see and make sense of things, determines how we respond.
