Experiential Workshop -  Psychodrama Introduction– an experiential workshop.

You are invited to an introduction to psychodrama with trained psychodrama facilitators. There will be an opportunity to experience it in action and to explore ways you can apply it. Theory questions are welcome. You can expect to tap into your creativity and enhance spontaneity and creativity in your life and work.

You will have the opportuntity to explore new ways to enhance your relationships and sense of community. Psychodrama values play, humour and exploring options to set out aspects of life and work, bringing situations to the here and now. You can expect to achieve new insights, to find new responses to old, unhelpful patterns of your life and to have 'good enough' responses to challenging new situations.

Psychodrama methods are being applied in many fields, in education, community development, organisational development, training and in therapeutic practices.

Snacks and refeshments available - for lunch you are welcome to bring your own, or there are cafes and supermarkets nearby.
